Give us a call we can determine your products pin code using the serial number of your system, If you do not know how to locate your serial number we can provide assistance or search our records.
Your systems option programming has been reset, give us a call and we can walk you through the process of reactivating it.
Many older systems are still able to be serviced however we do not take in equipment released prior to the late 1990’s, certain exceptions apply so please have the model name of your equipment when you call so we may best resolve your issue.
All B&O equipment must be shipped in its original box and packing. Packaging is available for many products both current and past. If you are planning a move or shipping an item please make sure to order the correct box for your product to ensure it arrives safely and damage free.
